Lee Property Professionals is a family real estate team serving residential, commercial, and land clients throughout East Tennessee. Made up of husband and wife Joe and Kathy Lee and their daughter, Madeline Lee Williams, our team brings more than 45 years of combined real estate experience.

Kathy Lee, the founding member of Lee Property Professionals, has been a trusted Realtor® since 2004 and has helped hundreds of clients navigate the buying and selling process. With a B.S. in Business Finance and lifelong roots in Southeast Tennessee, Kathy combines financial insight, local market knowledge, and a client-first approach to help buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions.

Joe Lee brings valuable experience in business leadership, sales, construction, development, and real estate. A licensed Realtor® with a B.S. in Business Finance, Joe specializes in residential, land, and commercial real estate. His practical knowledge and strong negotiation skills provide clients with valuable insight throughout every transaction.

Madeline Lee Williams brings a modern perspective backed by more than a decade of corporate experience, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), and a background in strategy development, marketing, and technology. Her expertise in design, contracts, finance, and analytics helps the team deliver innovative strategies and effective real estate marketing.

Together, Lee Property Professionals offers a unique combination of real estate experience, financial and business acumen, construction insight, marketing expertise, and local East Tennessee knowledge.
